We sell new, used and reconditioned/refurbished products. Our listings will ALWAYS define the item as new, used or refurbished, as appropriate. We strive to state the condition of each item to the best of our ability. Please read the listing carefully and ask any questions prior to you purchase.

We ship FedEx Ground or USPS in the Domestic US depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS. After your order is shipped we will send tracking information to you. Items will be shipped 2-3 days after electronic payment is received or after we receive a US Postal Money Order. 7 Days if we receive a personal check.

We offer a 10 day money back gaurantee on all our products. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within five (5) business days. The order must be returned to us within ten (10) days of purchase. Items received after the ten (10) day time period will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your item we will issue a credit less handling fees, original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee for all non-damaged/non-defective returned items. Defects are refunded in their entirety including original shipping.
